DSI and all of its operations are nondomestic and without the United States per 28 U.S.C. § 3002. These terms apply to users of this website, and are not the same as a membership agreement, or other terms that may apply to members DSI or the website.

Continued use of this website or interfacing with DSI in any form or matter signifies that he or she has agreed to these terms. If a client or prospective client does not agree with these terms, then he or she must not use the website or the intellectual property of DSI and reserves the right to change these terms at our sole discretion, and your continued use of this website constitutes your agreement to such changes. The topics of information, opinions, and beliefs expressed on this website do not necessarily cover all positions for a given issue and are thus nonbinding on the creators of the information for DSI.

Any inference on the part of others about the information provided by DSI or within this website as being anything other than nonfactual speech can only occur by intentional or willful misapplication by that particular individual, statutory federal agency, or other third party. This information is only for those who, by their free-will decision, agree that they are not, or identify themselves as federal or statutory individuals who derives no income from a “trade or business” (the performance of the functions of a public office) within the “United States” as these terms are defined in 26 U.S.C. § 7701(a)(26) & 7408(d).

DSI is not and was not designed, nor is it intended to cause any interference to those who are lawfully subject to the codes and regulations of the District of Columbia. All information, materials, functions and other content provided by DSI are copyrighted property and may not be used without prior written consent of DSI. In agreeing to use our intellectual property, the client may not attach it to any unlawful activity, or in any activity in which he or she misrepresents him or herself in respect to tax identification or voluntary adherence to the statutory rules of the municipality of the District of Columbia. The intellectual property you may receive from DSI will come directly from email addresses with a dsi.us.com domain. Any information coming from a different email address in reference to the relationship between the client and DSI should be disregarded and immediately deleted. The intellectual property you may receive from DSI is fully copyrighted material, and may not be re-distributed for any purpose other than the ones outlined by DSI.

PRIVACY POLICY

By using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree with the Privacy Policy and agree that the terms of such policy is reasonable and satisfactory to you.

RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

DSI provides and/or prepares only intellectual property for its clients, therefore there is no acceptable return or cancellation policy.

TERMINATION

The relationship between DSI and the client with whom we have assisted in achieving the service will be terminated as agreed between DSI and the client or under the discretion of DSI. The relationship and any guarantees will cease at that time; the client’s file will be closed and any sensitive information which may have been previously provided to us (whether necessary or not) will be destroyed.

INDEMNIFICATION

Any individual, group, or statutory government worker that makes us the target of discrimination, violence, “selective enforcement”, or hate because of this form of religious practice or abstinence is practicing hate speech and possibly hate crime based both on our religious beliefs as legally defined. Furthermore, all are given reasonable timely notice that the terms of use for the information and services available through this website mandate that any attempt to compel us into a commercial, legal, civil, or tax relationship with any government other than on the terms dictated herein shall constitute:

DEFINITIONS

All words used by DSI and this website are defined here and are mandatory in any interaction between either the statutory government or any of its agents or officers and any agent or member of DSI.

DSI, a foreign estate under 26 U.S.C. § 7701(a)(31), reserves all of our rights under God, without Prejudice, and without Recourse.
